Shipping policy

Once an order has been fulfilled and scanned into the carrier’s system, responsibility for the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Little Cottonwood is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit after they have been accepted by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. We are always happy to assist in providing any necessary shipment details to support your claim.

For international orders, once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Little Cottonwood is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

International shipping involves multiple transit points and customs handling, which are outside of our control. Any issues that occur after the package has been scanned into the carrier’s system must be resolved directly with the shipping provider.

We are happy to assist with documentation needed for claims, but we are unable to replace or refund orders affected by carrier issues.
